PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

 

REQUIRED DEPOSIT

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your booking - made to info@jvartistry.com via interac e-transfer. This will go towards your grand total where the remaining balance is due in cash at the time of appointment. 

  • If a deposit is not received within 24 hours, the slot will be made available for other clients who wish to book to ensure fairness.

  • Cancelling or rescheduling your appointing within 48 hours will result in losing your deposit.
     

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • To change your appointment, look for your confirmation email and refer to the ' Change/Cancel Appointment ' button provided.

  • A one-time rescheduling is allowed one week in advance. If cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited and a rebooking deposit of $100 is required to reschedule. This is to ensure the commitment of clients, as the repeated changing of last minute bookings affects my availability and the availability for others who could have potentially booked.

PRIVATE STUDIO POLICY

  • A maximum of one guest is allowed to ensure a seamless session and the safety of all guests. No children or pets are allowed.

  • Please arrive strictly on time or no earlier than 10 minutes to your appointment.

BOOKING TIME & DATE

  • Please double-check your schedule to ensure that you are available during the time of your booking.

  • A confirmation email will be sent confirming the date, time and location of the studio.
