REQUIRED DEPOSIT

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your booking. This can be made to info@jvartistry.com via interac e-transfer, and will go towards your grand total. The remaining balance is due in cash at the time of appointment. 

If a deposit is not received within 24 hours, the slot will be made available for other clients who wish to book to ensure fairness.
Note: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required if the scheduled booking is within 14 days.
 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Life happens, and thats understandable. To change your appointment, kindly refer to the ' Change/Cancel Appointment ' button provided in your confirmation email.

A one-time rescheduling option is allowed 48 hours in advance. If cancelled or rescheduled under 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited and a rebooking fee of $50 is applied to reschedule. This is to ensure the commitment of clients, as the repeated changing of last minute bookings affects the availability for others who could have potentially booked.

PRIVATE HOME STUDIO POLICY

To ensure a seamless session and the safety of all guests, a maximum of one guest is allowed. No children or pets are allowed.
Please arrive strictly on time or no earlier than 10 minutes to your appointment.


BOOKING TIME & DATE

Please double-check your schedule to ensure that you are available during the time of your booking.
A confirmation email will be sent confirming the date, time and location of the studio.
